Leona ‘Bunnie’ Garrett [Fullerton], lifetime resident of Swedesboro, NJ.rnPre-deceased by her loving husband, Patrick T. Garrett, Sr. and parents, Harry and Leona Fullerton.rnShe is survived by daughter Sandra and husband Robert of Deptford, NJ, daughter Christine, husband George III and grandsons George IV, Thomas and Dylan of Bear, DE and her son, Patrick Jr., wife Janet and granddaughters Abigail and Emily, of Swedesboro, NJ. She is also survived by her great-nephew Joe Miller-Vargas of Salinas, CA whom she loved as a son and raised from ages two to sixteen.rnShe is also pre-deceased by her brother Harry ‘Reds” Fullerton, sisters Annie Miller, Agnes Fullerton and Mary Ragain. She is survived by her brother Roy Fullerton.rnBunnie fought a 12-year long battle with cancer, going into remission for six years before restarting treatments again in 2009. She spent the last year on Hospice, at home, spending time with her children and grandchildren, which is how she loved to spend her time.rnBunnie was a devoted and loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, grandmother and friend to many. Her unconditional love made her a favorite among family and friends and everyone knew they could depend on her for a kind word, loving embrace or just a shoulder to lean on.rnShe was a quiet and shy person that was voted ‘Most Quiet’ by her classmates in 1964, the first graduating class of Kingsway Regional High School. rnCome celebrate 66 quiet years, Monday 9-11 a.m. at Daley Life Celebration Studio, Swedesboro where there will be a service at 11 a.m. Interment Eglington Cemetery.rnIn lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lighthouse Hospice, 1040 N.
