Raymond L. Morrell

Raymond L Morrell, 65 of Mount Royal, NJ formerly of Runnemede, NJ passed away on Sunday August 18, 2024.
Ray is predeceased by his parents, Diamond Morrell and Pauline Morrell. He is survived by his brothers Thomas Morrell (Brenda) and Robert Morrell, amazing uncle to Sherri Taylor (Keith), Tommy Morrell (Sylvia), Michelle Klimek (predeceased John), Neil Morrell & Heather Hager (Brad), great uncle to Breanna Regalbuto, Kylie Taylor, Keith Taylor, Gavin Hager, Abagail Klimek, Dax Hager & Gabrielle Klimek.
Ray worked at Runnemede liquors for years then moved on to Sam’s club in Williamstown, NJ where he retired after becoming disabled.
No words could describe Ray, he was an amazing person when it came to his nieces & nephews – he was like a second dad to them. It did not stop there, he continued with his patient kind ways even with their children. You could always count on Ray to be early for an event the family was throwing or if you needed him to help with watching the kids or the animals.
Ray was a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys and WWE wrestling; you could find him playing fantasy football during football season and watching wrestling on Monday & Friday nights.
God truly gained an Angel. Anyone who ever knew Ray knew he was a genuine person with a big heart.
Our family was truly blessed to have called him a brother, uncle, and great uncle.
