God could not be everywhere at once, therefore he created mothers – ancient proverb. As the matriarch of her family, there is nothing Florence could not see them through. Whether times were good or bad she was her family’s rock. Her home in Delran was her center, and it was there she lavished attention on her kin. When it came to her grandkids, whether by birth or marriage, there was no difference. They all knew how generous she was with her love and attention as well as with her cookies and candy. With a dedication only a mother can possess, she always rooted for the Phillies. Always fond of dogs, her most recent was a border collie, Bob. And when it was time to relax, she could always be found with a good book, mysteries were the best.rnFlorence is the wife of the late Harry, with whom she had been married from 1946 till his passing in 2005.
