Ed had an appetite for many things; education, music, his family, and of course, his ma’s home cooking. He read many books and retained information with enviable ease. He enjoyed talk radio and had a passion for Star Trek and chocolate milk. He was a graduate of St. Peter School, Riverside High School, and Stockton State College. rn Ed is survived by his daughter Keelyn, his parents Edward Sr. and Jane of Delran, his brother Steven, sister Lisa Philipp, brother-in-law Scott Philipp, nephews Justin Kruithof, Brahm Philipp, niece Guinnevere Philipp and his good friend Sanika.rn Ed’s 56 years, June 11, 1954 August 4, 2010, were privately commemorated by his family.rn Arrangements by the Sweeney Funeral Home, Riversidern

It was an honor attending the Phillies game with you this past July. I cannot believe your gone I keep expecting to get a text with the score of the Phillies game, you going off on one of your rants about hp or the government or just trying to make a deal. I am glad that I was able to see you one last time before you left us. I will never forget you Ed. May God rest your soul my friend.

You are now gone you have left a huge void in our lives on August 4th 2010.Life may have thrown you a curveball but you were always there no matter how tough of a time you were going through to lend a helping hand or moral support. Your stories of conspiracies, Glenn Beck, The Big Talker, space travel, Sister Sylvia, dolphins and your times in FL and AZ would always bring a smile to our faces.
