He was a happy go lucky guy with hands of gold: Dan could build or fix anything. While flooring was probably his specialty, he also had a landscaping company in Atco. But, of course, life can’t be all work and no play: salt water fishing and golf filled in the gaps. You’d spot him easily with his ever present smile and chuckle: Dan loved to joke around.
Dan was blessed by two sons, Dan Jr. and Austin and is survived by his sister, Michele (Dan) Preble.
Come celebrate 52 great years 10 a.m. Saturday at Daley Life Celebration Studio, Swedesboro where there will be a service at 11. Donations to Autism Research Institute (Autism.com) will be appreciated.

A quick story. Dan and I, and at the time little Danny, went fishing and crabbing and the fishing was slow, we were using whole bunker for bait for the crabs and minnows for the fishing. The fishing was so slow that I wandered away and when I came back the 2 Danny boys had tied a whole dead bunker on my fishing line and as I was coming back pulled on my fishing line to get me to run over, thinking I had a fish on my line. I grabbed my rod and started reeling in my catch as the two of them just started laughing so hard….I’ve been had….Hence a new nickname was born A.K.A..BUNKER BOY…I will always have that memory..R.I.P my friend, you will be missed…
I would like to extend my heartfelt condolences to the family on the loss of your loved one. May God almighty, father of tender mercies and all comfort continue to strengthen you all (2 Corinthians 1:3,4). How eager we all are to see the fulfillment of Gods promise to completely remove death, tears, mourning, outcry and pain (Revelation 21:4). The Bible also provides assurance of the resurrection hope for our dead loved ones (John 5:25). May these promises from God bring you comfort.
