Donna was born April 12th, 1965 in Philadelphia, PA. She was best known for her tell-it-like-it-is attitude, wise remarks, and huge heart. Her favorite place to be was on the beach in Outerbanks, NC, with a beer in her hand and her toes in the sand. If not there, she was at her favorite campground. She especially loved fishing with her loving husband Eric, to whom she has been married to since November 11, 2001. They would spend all day out there fishing, crabbing, and collecting sea glass and shells. You could always make her day with a scratch off, or a trip over to Parx. She was a diehard Eagles fan. When at home, if the game was not on, she was watching her lifetime movies. She fought long and hard against this terrible disease for 2 years, without many even knowing she was sick, or feeling down. Her outings with her friends diminished as her cancer progressed. She always knew we were all rooting for her. Thank you to everyone who has been there for her, prayed for her, or sent positive thoughts her way. She never wanted us to see her suffer, but we can all admire her strength and find peace in knowing she is no longer in any pain. She is survived by her husband, 2 sons, and a step daughter. The youngest of her 4 siblings, she leaves behind her sister and best friend, 2 brothers, along with 7 nieces, and a nephew. She will finally be reunited with her beloved mother and father, her niece Morgan Ann, and all her pets she has saved throughout her life. Donna, the casino you are headed to has unlimited spins! Rest in peace and may your positive spirit rub off on the rest of us.
Come celebrate 51 great years Tuesday 6-8 p.m. at Sweeney Funeral Home, Riverside.

I sure will miss my cousin very much! We haven’t seen each other for a very long time. I finally got to at least keep in touch with her via Facebook(thank goodness). I will always remember the good times when we all were kids, either at grandmom’s (Manney) or at our house in Logan(Catus).
R.I.P. my cousin. You surely will be missed.
Donna was my next door neighbor when I was a young child. She babysat me, played with me, and we got in a little trouble together too. She was one of a kind! Rest easy!
You been through a lot girl!! Time to rest. We have always admired your strength and courage.
We will miss that laugh of yours..the one where we can’t tell if you think something is funny or your on a mission..Good times!!!

Heaven gained a beautiful angel. I will miss you forever my sweet friend. My deepest condolences to Eric, Cathy and all of Donna’s family. I hope that with time, your pain can be eased by all of the amazing memories that you have of her.
Donna was a great person. We were friends in school and we reunited here on Facebook awhile back. She always had such a great outlook on life. I loved her “tell it like it is attitude”. She will be missed. She is in Heaven with her new glorified body. The Bible says that in Heaven a day is like a thousand years and a thousand years is like a day. Praying for your family and friends.
