Frances didn’t mind getting down and dirty. She was raised on the Heritage family farm and had her fingers in the earth planting and pulling weeds . Being busy was a joy for Frances. She was a take charge type of lady. Frances met her husband who came to attend a high school musical she was in. Sparks flew and they married in 1938. This time she became a farmers wife; a different type of farming not vegetables but poultry. Frances quickly learned how to dress chickens and turkeys. She and George sold their farm in 1965 and settled into a quieter lifestyle, well almost. Frances planted a large garden and had dirty fingers again. Eventually they moved to Swedesboro where she reacquainted with old friends and became a chauffer to many in her apartment complex.
Frances was married to the late George, mother of Richard (Jeannette) and was predeceased by daughter, Anna Mae Both and son, Harold, and is survived by 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
