People just naturally gravitated to Jim. Though he was often beset by health issues, Jim always stayed positive because of the love he shared with his friends. He was generous to a fault and was known as ‘Uncle Jim’ to many a kid.rnrnIn his early years, he bowled at the Riverside Lanes and cheered for the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles.rnrn rnHe worked for many years as a pipe fitter for the Philadelphia Asbestos Workers Union.rnrnHe is survived by his brother, Eugene Wilson (Connie) of Florida and was the uncle of James, Joseph, Steven and Linda.rnrnCome celebrate 66 great years from 10 a.m. to Noon on Saturday at Sweeney Funeral Home, Riverside, where there will be a Noon service. Interment will be in Lakeview Cemetery, Cinnaminson. rn
