John “Jack” Giardinelli left this world on Monday April 13th 2009 at the age of 50. Jack is survived by his daughter Gina of Hainesport, two sons John and Zach of Riverside, his parents Joseph and Elizabeth, his brothers Joe and Billie, sister’s Beverly Ceralie and Donna Beam, several nieces and nephews and the mother of his children Robin Giardinelli.rnJack was a free spirit who loved sports from very young age. He graduated from Delran High School in 1978 and was the first to bring a district win in wrestling to Delran. In recent years he played in local softball and horseshoe tournaments with friends. Anyone who saw him play would comment on how competitive he was. This competitive spirit combined with his athletic ability made the games fun to watch. In an over 40 baseball league he stole 9 bases and came painfully close to hitting it out of the park at the hall of fame in Cooperstown, N.Y. rnJackie also loved hunting and his home housed many of his hunting trophies. He worked as a Carpenter in the Philadelphia Local Union for many years. Even at work he’d run circles around guys half his age. The love for his children was never in doubt and he would often embarrass them as kids by publicly pouring his affection on them. He will be missed by his family and friends very much.rnrnThe Viewing will be held at; Sweeney Funeral Home in Riverside Sunday 1-3 PM and Monday from 10 AM. A service will be held Monday at 11:00 am Interment Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminsonrn
