Rose Marie Winter Wasiluk, 84, passed peacefully Monday, April 10th in Flagler Pines in Flagler County, Florida. She was born in her parent’s home in Paulsboro, NJ to William & Mary Magdin on January 22, 1933. She married Carl Raymond Winter and moved to Warrington Mill Road in Swedesboro, NJ where they raised their children until her husband passed in 1971. In 1982 Rose married Walter Wasiluk and resided in National Park (on the creek) where they both were active members of the National Park Boat Club & the Amy Navy Union Garrison #52. Rose is survived by her 3 children: Carl Winter (Betty) of Williamstown, NJ, Fred Winter (Debra) of Palm Coast, FL and Sharon Harrold (Andy Kawczynski) of Toms River, NJ, 3 grandchildren: Michele Hoffman (Randy) of Palm Coast, FL, Jamie Winter (Robert Mucha) of Jacksonville, FL & Carl Winter, Jr of Williamstown, NJ, plus 8 great-grandchildren in Florida, NJ and Oklahoma as well as many nieces & nephews. Rose is predeceased by 2 brothers & and a sister, John Magdin, Bill Magdin & Betty Johnson Bates and an infant son, David. Rose loved cooking, laughing, dancing, meeting new people and enjoying all that life offered!
Services will be held Sunday, April 30 at Daley Life Celebration Studio, 1518 Kings Hwy, Swedesboro, NJ. Family and friends may call between 10–12 am. Service at noon, Graveside committal at nearby Lake Park Cemetery. A celebration of life luncheon will be held in the National Park Boat Club, 57 Riverview Drive, National Park, NJ after 2 pm.
